Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki

  • 2.5 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup coconut aminos (substitution for soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp pure honey
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Mix all ingredients, besides chicken, in a small bowl until honey is combined well
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker
  3. Pour mixture over chicken and stir to cover completely
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours
  5. Enjoy!
