Paleo Butter and Garlic Cream Sauce

  • 1/3 cup ghee or butter of choice
  • 1 cup Original flavored Nutpods (or your favorite replacement for heavy cream)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil


  1. In a saucepan, melt ghee over medium heat
  2. Add garlic and let cook for 1 minute
  3. Add in the tapioca flour and whisk to combine
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of Nutpods and whisk
  5. When the sauce begins to get slightly thick, add in the other 1/2 cup of Nutpods, parsley and basil
  6. Continue to whisk for a few minutes until sauce becomes thick
  7. Serve over your favorite pasta, baked chicken or veggie!
