Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops (about 1 pound rack of lamb)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Pat the rack of lamb dry and remove the thin skin/membrane from the underside of the rack. Slice into individual lamb chops
- Add the olive oil and spices into a large mixing bowl and mix to combine. Then add in the lamb and toss to coat each lamb chop
- Refrigerate and let marinate for at least one hour, the longer the better, up to overnight
- Place the lamb chops into the air fryer basket or rack in a single layer. If you’re using a smaller air fryer, you may need to do this in two batches
- Air fry for 8 minutes on 375 degrees F., and then flip and air fry an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or to your preferred level of doneness
Notes
- This recipe works best with a 5 quart air fryer or larger to get them all done at once. The 3 quart air fryer will work just fine but you’ll have to make the lamb chops in batches.
