Whole30 Homemade Thousand Island Dressing: Keto, Paleo, Gluten-Free

This Whole30 homemade thousand island dressing is so easy to make. It’s a smooth, tangy homemade dressing that takes less than 5 minutes to mix together! This DIY dressing is also gluten-free, dairy-free, keto/low carb, and paleo thousand island. It’s the perfect addition to salads, burgers, wraps and to dip your fries or veggies in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, or 2 tablespoons finely diced white onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1-2 dashes of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well to fully incorporate everything together
  2. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed (start with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper), add any optional ingredients if desired
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
