All-Purpose Slow Cooker Pulled Pork: Paleo and Whole30

  • 34 pound pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons pepper


  1. Rub the pork shoulder with the salt and pepper
  2. Place in slow cooker
  3. Add the garlic and balsamic vinegar
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
  5. Meat is done when it easily pulls apart with a fork
