Simple Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup finely diced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, evenly coat chicken wings with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. Lay out evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between each wing
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 15 minutes
  5. A few minutes before they’re done, heat sesame oil, onions and garlic in a small skillet over medium heat
  6. Once the garlic is browning and fragrant, remove from heat
  7. Take wings out of the oven, add to a large bowl and pour mixture over and stir to evenly coat
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
