Blueberry Muffins: Easy, Grain-Free, Paleo

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Mix the eggs, ghee and maple syrup together first
  3. Then add in the dry ingredients and stir well to combine
  4. Add in the blueberries and gently fold into the dough
  5. Fill muffin tin 3/4ths of the way full and top with additional blueberries if you want!
  6. Bake into oven for 25 minutes
  7. Let cool, and enjoy!
