Oven Cooked Bacon: Easy, Hands-Free, Whole30

Baking your bacon in the oven is the easy, mess free and best way to do it! Once you try oven cooked bacon you won’t go back to pan frying. With this method you can also control how crispy your bacon is too, so it comes out to your perfect bacon texture preference every time!

  • 1 package of bacon (sugar-free)


  1. Lay bacon out on a baking sheet. Touching is fine, but do not overlap
  2. Place the baking sheet in the oven and set it to 400 degrees F.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or a few additional minutes if you’d like it extra crispy
  4. Keep an eye on it after 15 minutes so you can pull it out when it’s cooked to how you like it best
