Ingredients

  • 5 plum tomatoes, deseeded and diced (about 2 and 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 small jalapeno peppers, deseeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients and combine together in a medium sized bowl
  2. Add more salt or garlic per taste
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 5 days
