Ingredients

  • 2 Haddock fillets
  • oil spray (avocado oil or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (or butter)
  • Lemon slices or a squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray baking sheet with oil spray and preheat oven to “broil high”
  2. Place haddock fillets, skin down, on the baking sheet
  3. Mix the seasoning and sprinkle onto the fillets
  4. Add ghee evenly across the haddock in small bits
  5. Top with lemon slices or drizzle lemon juice on fillets
  6. Broil on Hi for 8 mins
  7. Garnish and serve
