  • 2 Haddock fillets
  • oil spray (avocado oil or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (or butter)
  • Lemon slices or a squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
