Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by grating the onion into a mixing bowl, and then add the spices and ground pork
  2. Use your hands to mix the onion, spices and pork together really well
  3. Roll the pork mixture into 1-inch balls and place into your air fryer basket. Meatballs can be touching, but not crammed in together. If needed, place the final few gently on top of the bottom layer
  4. Cook on 375 degrees F. for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through with tongs
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve with spaghetti squash, butternut or zucchini noodles, GF noodles, or on their own with vegetable sides
