Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas: Whole30, Paleo, Keto, GF

Whole30 air fryer chicken fajitas are perfect for a quick but healthy weeknight meal. These paleo air fryer chicken fajitas can be on the table in under 30 minutes and are also gluten-free, keto, and definitely whole family approved. Eat right away or meal prep for the next day but either way this chicken air fryer recipe is delicious.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, stem and seeds removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, stem and seeds removed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil


  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well to evenly coat the chicken and vegetables with the oil and the seasoning
  • Add the chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket and cook on 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes, stir/toss halfway through using tongs or a fork


  • Depending on how thick you sliced the chicken, you may need an additional few minutes of cooking time. If so, toss and cook for an additional 3 min as needed.
