Welcome to the September Whole30 Coaching Group!

This 7 week Facebook coaching group includes:
- An introduction packet emailed to you with rules, worksheets, resources and clarifications on what may be gray areas for you, including understanding SWYPO and additives – created and put together by myself based on all of the cumulative experience I’ve had learning what Whole30 participants and my clients need to be successful.
- 5 days of extensive preparation tips and Q&A prior to September 2nd.
- Daily motivation, inspiration, advice and helpful tips, recipes and ideas from me in our group during the 50 days, including pictures and recipes for my daily meals as well.
- Weekly emails that will cover in-depth what to expect the coming week with your Whole30 and our group.
- Discussions that cover everything Whole30, such as understanding the meal template, budget tips, exercise, handling temptations, eating out and traveling.. but we’ll also be diving deeper than just what you can and can’t eat and mastering meal prep – even though we’ll be covering that too! Conversations will also be on habits and habit change, relationships with the scale, food guilt, self-care, weight loss vs. food freedom, navigating difficult food situations and the sometimes stressful personal relationships that come with them.
- Education topics that elaborate and expand on important elements from It Starts With Food to deepen your knowledge of the reasons why behind the Whole30 rules. Together we will lay the groundwork for understanding and connecting personally to the impact of food on our body. By the end of the group you’ll have a solid foundation on seed oils, the basics of hormones, stress and the gut, an introduction into food standards, the long-term health implications of systematic inflammation, and more. (you do not need to own the book – I will provide education discussions).
- Answers to every single one of your questions and guidance through any of your challenges that arise from start to finish, including nightly check ins to keep you accountable with how you’re doing
- Closed/Private Facebook group setting full of sharing, positivity, community and support

The fee for joining this group is just $75. That’s $1.50 a day, and about $10 a week.

My coaching services over the next 50 days bring you my years of experience, extensive understanding of the Whole30 program and real food lifestyles, knowledge of changing health habits, my time to devote to you, my best tips, resources, troubleshooting, and guidance. The fee for this group allows me to both limit the participants and dedicate the hours and the love that I want to give you. Those both ensure that you’ll have a quality experience full of support during our 50 days together.
